Pool Cues Come In A Variety of Styles | Femmu Sfiji
A standard pool cue weighs 19 ounces, but some pool cues comein 18 ounce, 20 ounce or even 21 ounce versions. Pool sticks can be made out of aluminum or fiberglass, but the most popular of course is the wood billiards cue. When you purchase some pool tables, they will come with a billiards cue or two, but most of the time those are entry level, one piece basic cues. Advanced cues are generally two-piece cues consisting of a butt and a shaft. The shaft is typically where a lot of manufacturers wil set themselves apart. They all have proprietary shaft designs and most claim there’s is better than their competition. While some are certainly better than others, at some point it comes down to feel and personal preference. So try a few out prior to purchasing if you can, get a feel for the different types of cues out there.
