ASSAULT: A student is accused of assaulting a teacher and another student Feb. 6 at Franklin Learning Center, 2397 Loop Road.

In a statement issued Thursday, Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg, said the student pushed a portable bulletin board, hitting the 49-year-old female teacher and a 12-year-old boy. Both suffered minor injuries.
