My dining area is small, which is better,a round dining table or a rectanglular one?

My dining area is quite small, but i think it can fit a six-seater dining table. Help, round table or rectangular one?

I think it really depends on placement. If you want it on or near the wall, a rectangular table would be best. If the table will be in the middle of the room (or traffic flow would take you around it) I would use a round table.
